Zip across canyons at speeds up to 45 mph, soaring above 90 ft drops and through stunning landscapes on the slopes of Haleakala. Just outside Haleakala National Park, this eco-tour is an opportunity to learn about Hawaii’s unique flora, fauna, and culture.We’re located on Crater Road—just a few miles before the entrance to Haleakala National Park. Skyline Haleakala was recently recognized by Fodor’s Travel as one of the world’s most amazing zipline courses!
Restrictions:
- Age: Guests must be 8 or older, and all guests ages 8-14 must have an adult zipping in their party. A legal guardian must sign a release and waiver to allow kids under 18 to zip.
- Weight: Must weigh between 60-260 pounds. Requirement is strictly enforced.
- Shoes: Footwear must fit snugly with fully enclosed toe and heel (athletic/hiking shoes). No Teva’s, Crocs or sandals with open sections and no water or five-finger shoes allowed.
- Fitness Level: Must be able to hike 2 miles at elevation and over uneven terrain.
- Health: Ziplining is unsafe to do while pregnant. Guests should be free of chronic heart problems and not have recently undergone surgery, especially on the ankles, knees or back. Please consider the inherent risks of walking on uneven trails and joint impacts associated with zipline landings.
- Scuba Warning: This tour occurs at elevation. For your own safety, no scuba diving is allowed 24 hours prior to this tour.
